Bounce house products design

Before designing bounce houses, sketches are usually made. Most factories now use CorelDRAW and use 3D software for modeling and coloring to determine renderings.

Drawing design

After the product renderings of the bounce houses are determined, you can start making drawings. Usually the design size is Length x Width x Height. To decompose the 3D renderings into three-dimensional floor plans, you need to use software to achieve it. At present, most manufacturers use CAD software, and the drafters use CAD to expand the 3D model, and use the professional knowledge of inflatable products production to complete the expansion. If it is difficult to achieve complex modeling with CAD, it can be expanded with 3DMAX or other software.

Spray painting

The renderings of the bounce houses have cartoon shapes and cartoon patterns, and these patterns need to be realized by spray painting. At present, our company’s bounce house products all use digital inkjet technology, which makes the products more beautiful and more realistic in shape.

Cut the material

Prepare some PVC materials and lay it flat on top of the cutting machine with two edges aligned with the machine.

Cut out the top and bottom of the bounce house, along with the spray paint molding cloth, to prepare for the next step of making the molding and inflatable bounce theme.

Sewing processing

Sew the theme of the inflatables and the modeling cloth with a sewing machine to make the main body and cartoon shape of the bounce. Then stitch the cartoon shape to the main body of it. At the same time, accessories such as windproof buckles are also sewn to the air fort.

Heat Seal (generally used for air-tight products).

Some closed inflatables need to be heat sealed, such as water park products, tents.,etc.

The needles are sewn for heat sealing. Increase the air tightness of the inflatables.

Bounce house inflatable test

All the indicators of the finished inflatables need to meet the requirements. After confirming that the product is qualified, it can be packaged and shipped.
